RACEISM 2018 - Chapter 1
The show, what always bring quality. The show, which is getting bigger every year. The show, which is my favourite.
I really waited for this one. I have already seen a couple of cars on Raceism‘s facebook page, but this, this is what did I not expected.
Saturday morning, I started near the Municipal Stadium, at the BP gas station, to shoot some arriving cars. Early in the morning, at a gas station, I found more quality cars than the hungarian average.
After waiting more than 40 minutes for the guards let us in, we parked our Saab and started to be shocked.
Golf’s seemed to be really average on this event, but they were above Hungarian average. This is the difference between east and west european stance scene. Here, in the east, we have Lada’s and small amount of money to tune, while in west, you can easily have an airride Golf, and you don’t need to pile the money up because of it.
Knowing this, I was happy to see hungarian guys brought a nice (and static!) Golf and a Vento. Later we found out, more hungarian cars came, but they will be introduced in Chapter 3.
Even they brought this little toy Moskvich with airride! We can see really good looking work here.
But the biggest star of the show for me was this Ferrari GTO on airride. I know it’s a replica, but still, it looks stunning!
Okay, okay, this Rocket Bunny GT-R also looks insane.
This E30 with the gold design on the side, with the gold rims looked perfect too. I’m waiting to see a nice looking E30 in my country. We have base cars, we also have tuners, but not a this good looking version.
Red coloured cars with golden rims looks good, especially japanese ones.
Bimmers always going to be one of the most tuned cars.
This E30 really gives you that racecar feeling with these fenders. The painting, I’m not sure about that, tastes are different. I think a metallic black, or a darker red would be nicer, but I do not own the car, sooo.....
Pontiac Fiero is famous because almost every ugly replica based on it. You don’t need to build a replica, all you need is airride and some sweet rims!
Chapter 2 is on the way, but if you cannot stop reading, I recommend you my other page, Huntimer, where you can find reports of oldtimer meets. Stay tuned! ;)
