RACING WEEK MAY 11-13

F1 - 5TH ROUND - GP SPAIN CATALUNYA BARCELONA

??? before GP : Welcome to Europe dear F1. First race in the old continent, each and every team annoucing some news, some updates. Some are waving to media that there will be new aero, gamechanger or even half-new car ( yes I`m blinking at you McLaren guys ). So obviously my biggest question is who brought the biggest change, and as for e.g. McLaren stated this is car it should have been since Australia but there was no time to deploy due to new engine. The new nose looks astonishing and very very complex, but is different angle on how to build something, and something which is not done via copy-paste buttons, which is great. So, might it be they will be close to Renault or even to RBR ? Or lets put it on funny side, Alonso would like to be close to Ricciardo and as-far-as possible from Verstappen. Just kidding, everybody wants to win. Of course there is fight between Mercedes and Ferrari. Ferrari showed already some new aero on halo, Mercedes is quite, some says that slower MB is due to oil restrictions. Who knows. But anyway, there is another race weekend in beautiful Barcelona track, with brand new asphalt, which means almost different circuit in terms of tires and overall setup and ballance. According to Lewis, they have ruined the track. We will see on Sunday afternoon. Where to watch --> TV coverage or paid stream

WTCR - 3RD ROUND - GP OF GERMANY - NORDSCHLEIFE

??? before GP : With Hyundai setting record for TCR car on full Nurburgring course ( Nordschleife plus GP Track ), all eyes are on korean automotive but this is home race for VW and Audi. Thursday`s race 1 says a lot, with 1-2 for Hyundai and VW third. It is legendary, most demanding track ( not talking about Targa Florio or Mille Miglia....these are not permanent circuits ... unfrotunatelly ) with over 25km in length, so race is just 3 laps, but it is 75km and about 28-30 minutes. So Korea vs Germany, with knocking and kicking from othes, at least Japan and Honda I do hope. Where to watch --> TV Coverage and stream

SUPERBIKES - 5TH ROUND - ITALY

??? before GP : Last years Imola both races were in total dominance by homeland heroes Ducati and Chaz Davies. This year in tough fight with Kawasaki. Last race was not really in favour for Italian guys, can they secure again two wins in the Italian race and overtake Kawasaki in the overall standings ? Where to watch --> TV Coverage and stream

INDYCAR - 5TH ROUND - INDIANAPOLIS

??? before GP : Indycar has their 5th stop, and it is in Indianapolis, but not famous Indy 500 yet, it is the technical "in-track", or Indianapolis GP track layout. Newgarden and Rossi are in outbreak and try to create as much points ahead as they could but behind them it is very tight. From Rahal to Dixon it is five drivers within 12 points. And I do not need to recall that Bourdais would very like to score a win again, same as others, but this guy has so much bad luck, specially in second and third race this season. Once more fight between chevy and honda in technical track instead of oval, and test of this years new aero for tech tracks. Where to watch --> TV Coverage and live stream on web-site

WRX - 3RD ROUND - BELGIUM

??? before GP : Dominance of Kristoffersson and VW in first two races were obvious. Would this be third in a row or will some big names take the lead and win, Loeb, Solberg, Ekstrom or young Gronholm are awaiting behind courtain. Same as in terms of manufacturers and cars, Renault is pretty nice car, done together with prodrive, but they need some strong finnish to proove themselves. Where to watch --> There should be some live stream and of course TV Coverage

TIMETABLE FILE

As WEC and DTM had their first races their points tables were added as separate sheets. In terms of WEC there are four tables for each championship - LMP, LMP2, GT, GTE-AM. Time schedule for this weekend updated.
