Mclaren is one of the best car companies in this whole world, with great cars like the F1 and the P1 in their resume. And now, I, a total Mclaren fan am going to rate my 10 favourites out of them all! Fasten your seatbelts, because this is going to be one hell of a ride!

10. Mclaren 570GT

At number 10, we have the grand touring version of the 570S, one of the most beautiful cars, and it's just as fast. It makes, drumroll please, 570hp and 443lb-ft of torque! It's top speed is 204 mph and goes from 0-60 in 3.4s. Not bad, baby Mclaren, not bad.

9. Mclaren GT

The true Mclaren grand tourer. The pinnacle of luxury and power. It was created with one thing in mind: to be better than the front-engined GTs. It sits on 20” light-alloy wheels in the front, which are paired with 21” for the rear wheels. It has a 4.0 liter V8 that makes 620hp. Hell yeah!

8. Mclaren MP4-12C

The revival of the Mclaren brand was done with this supercar, so, it makes sense to put it at 8th place. I think it looks fantastic, and performs very well too! Back when there were newly released Aventadors and 458s running around, this car managed to make an impression on the people of this world. Oh, one other thing, it makes 625hp and tops out at 200mph.

7. Mclaren Elva

This is one of the coolest and craziest Mclarens ever, and Mclarens are very crazy, mind you! I mean, it doesn't have a windshield! A WINDSHIELD!! It's powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 that's derived from the engine underneath track monsters like the McLaren Senna and the Senna GTR. That said, thanks to the lowest weight of any road car with a McLaren badge produced in history, the Elva is bound to feel even more special to drive.

6. Mclaren 600LT

Ah, the 600LT, the definition of sportiness. It follows in the footsteps of the F1 Longtail and the 675LT. It is lighter, more aggressive and more aerodynamic than the 570S. The McLaren 600LT is powered by a 3.8-liter turbocharged V8 engine that benefits from an improved cooling system and delivers a maximum power of 600 HP making it very fast!

5. Mclaren 675LT

Now, if you know me, then you may know that it's one of my most favourite cars, so, what's it doing at 5th place? Well, I need to satisfy the audience as well. That said, it has a 3.8 liter V8 making 675hp (you don't say), and looks absolutely mind-boggling, phenomenal, alluring (I ran out of fancy words at this point).

4. Mclaren 765LT

Possibly the most aggressive looking Mclaren, the 765LT is the hardcore version of the 720S, and trust me when I say this, it's made for people who get high on adrenaline. It was only recently unveiled and has won the hearts of many, including me! Armed with a 4 liter V8 and making 765hp, it will do 205mph.

3. Mclaren Speedtail

This is the fastest and the craziest Mclaren yet! Look at it! If that isn't the craziest thing ever, I don't know what is. It wields a 4 liter V8 making, wait for it, 1050 hp! It is very similar to the F1, as in they're both hypercars, both of them seat their driver in the middle, and are both insane! It looks like a rocketship, and those are very cool!

2. Mclaren P1

The legendary P1, successor to the F1. This took the car industry by storm when it came out in 2013. One of the few Mclaren hypercars, it stands out from every other car. It changed what hybrid means. Also, it's in a boy band called the Holy Trinity along with the Porsche 918 Spyder and the Ferrari LaFerrari!

1. Mclaren F1

And here we are, people, first place, and this title goes to the Mclaren F1! This car revolutionised the car industry! Possibly the first hypercar, it makes 622hp and it's top speed is 240mph. It proves the statement, 'Old Is Gold'. These go for over $10 million easily at auctions. I mean, it won Le Mans just by adding a rear wing and race tires!

That's my 10 most favourite Mclarens for ya! Do you agree with me? Comment below!

  • Nice list. I don’t quite agree (my favourite is the MP4-12C), but I can concede that ignoring personal opinion this is a pretty accurate list

  • McLaren is just average for me, would take the equivalent Lamborghini or Ferrari over them 99% of the time.

    • I like Mclarens more than the Italians, but it's your choice, after all!

    • Idk, the only McLaren's that I would take over the Italians are the GT and Senna, or maybe because there aren't any direct competition from them...

  • The GT is a terrible car. It’s a horrible GT car, too. It has a P1 chassis and 720S engine, making for a sporty more practical McLaren, not a true GT car. Luggage space is compromised making for an experience you’d get in a 720S. The Speedtail may be the spiritual successor, but it isn’t the F1’s true successor (the P1 is). It’s meant for straightline speed and can achieve a top speed of just 10 mph above the F1’s. Not impressive. The 570GT is a mediocre car all around (it’s not a super car btw, it’s a sports car). Also, the Elva sucks. A tray-like object comes up over 30 or so mph, ruining the looks of the car.
