  • Statistically, the risk of being involved in a crash with a classic is very low. They generally go less fast, they drive a lot less and when we drive them we are way careful about what we do. So why bother? Also, in the unlikely event of a crash, I have little doubt that the mass of your body slamming into a strong belt would be more then enough to tear the retaining bolts out of he floor.

  • I bet you remember the dealer telling you how you could roll the seatbelt into the seat crevasse so it will “never be in your way.”
