Revealing the Hesketh Valiant SC

Bringing you updates throughout the day as we shoot the very first images of the new Hesketh Valiant

Today we are experimenting with a live article featuring the unveiling of the Hesketh Valiant SC. Yes folks, she has entered the building and is settling into her photo shoot nicely! We are hoping to bring you a live feed a little later today via the new Drivetribe / Youtube integration so keep popping back to see what's happening...

As the photoshoot progresses we'll bring you closer to the bike, the third new creation since Paul Sleeman took control of the Marque a few years ago.

A lot of this bike has been manufactured specifically for Hesketh, these are not 'off the shelf' parts and indeed many parts have been made by Hesketh themselves. The frame is Hesketh as is the swing-arm, the suspension and the wheels. The engine has been modified by Hesketh; it's supercharged and is the biggest v twin in the world on a commercial bike. Also of note is the pillion seat, the first we've seen on these new Heskeths.

Paul Sleeman likens the Valiant to a modern day Vincent. Pop along to the Carol Nash MCN show in London this weekend and see it in the flesh so to speak.

It's a good lump of James Bond fun!
