RIP to Sonny Leonard. The King of horsepower and probably the coolest engine builder ever. He is the creator of the famous 1005 cubic inch (16.5 liter) Godfather V8 crate engine. The biggest engine available for purchase in the world. From what I've seen and heard, he was always a good person to be around. When it came to his engines, he always wanted to push the limits of what was possible. He was a car guy till the end. Thankfully Sonny's Racing Engines will continue to produce monstrous V8's for the time being.
