Roland Sands Design 9T Cafe Tracker
Kind of nice, kind of an oddball café Racer - Tracker
Ever since BMW Motorrad conceptualised the idea of a modular motorcycle in the form of the stunning R NineT, the world has been a better place. A motorcycle that was designed to let its owner’s imagination free and offer vast array of customisation options in built, was an innovative and a challenging idea. This also meant the motorcycle custom industry also got a new mule of its creations, a bike that’s lets them do stuff seldom achievable on a modern bike. This absolutely stunning and class defining build called the Roland Sands 9T Cafe Tracker, is a perfect example of what can be achieved with a R nineT under capable hands.
The Roland Sands 9T Cafe Tracker build was taken up by the team for a friend who they say has always been a huge BMW fan and owner of quite a collection of beautiful bikes and special cars as well. He wanted to showcase this Roland Sands 9T Cafe Tracker build at one of his stores, which meant that it could make do without being street legal. This led to the idea that was to merge the owners love for board tracker design with a café racer ideology. Roland Sands went back to a recent build of an Indian motorcycle to get the tank design in place.
