Rolls-Royce unveils the Ghost Extended

Why would you buy a Phantom?

33w ago

After presenting the new generation of the Ghost, Rolls-Royce continues with the stretched version of its limousine, rightly named Extended. This variant of the Ghost will be particularly appreciated by customers who are used to being driven and do not want to pay a huge amount of money for the Phantom.

Externally, the car's profile naturally increases in length with 17 cm more than the standard Ghost. The Ghost Extended is 5.72m long, which brings it closer to the Phantom with its 5.76m. The addition of a few more centimetres means a longer tailgate giving a slightly less harmonious profile than the standard version.

But it doesn't matter, because what counts is what's inside in the rear seats. Already very generous on the Ghost, the Ghost Extended's legroom becomes simply immense. With this increased seating space, new options such as the even more comfortable Serenity seats make their appearance.

There's also a dedicated storage space for champagne bottles between the two rear seats. It operates at temperatures of 6 and 11°C, two ideal atmospheres for storing champagne according to the master sommeliers. Under the bonnet of the vehicle is the same 6.75 litre V12 developing 571 PS and 850 Nm of torque.

  • Those exterior door handles look amazing. I would love to see one of these in person. Last Roller I saw in the flesh was from the 60’s.
