Russian YouTuber sets fire to his $160,000 AMG GT 63 S in protest to Mercedes

He completely destoryed his brand new Mercedes AMG GT63 S

A Russian YouTuber has just posted a video where he sets fire to and burns down his Mercedes out of spite as his local Mercedes dealership won't fix his car.

This video has been seen by well over 9 million people in the last couple of days and it might just be the strangest video of the year. The Russian YouTuber has reportedly done this following various issues he has had with the car.

He claims to have sent it to a local Mercedes dealership five times but the dealer apparently refused to repair it or had troubles doing so.

Apparently, the only viable option was to leave it in a field, fill it with lighter fluid and watch it burn to the ground. This is clearly a publicity stunt taken too far and the car didn't deserve this but some people just do what they want when money is no object.

    Anyone fancy a burned Mercedes?

    • No one has ever set fire to YouTube to protest YouTubers.

    • What would Mercedes care? They already have his money.

      • Way back when a singer (I forget who) was asked how he felt about people burning his records he replied "So long as they are paying for them...."

    • Perhaps there are spiders in his car. I would understand that response.
