Rust in Peace
Great cars that are not returning for 2021 and will never be produced ever again.
As the world turns to Evs and SUVs, these lot are getting chopped. Because it seems like everyone wants an Suv or crossover, icons like the Alfa Romeo 4c, the Nissan Gtr r35, Honda Civic Coupe, Lincoln Continental and Ford Mustang Shelby Gt350r are being replaced.
A beautiful looking and sounding piece of engineering.
Alfa Romeo 4c Spyder- Known for its turbocharged 1.8-litre four-cylinder mounted in the middle, this is probably the best 'mini supercar' out there. Only it will follow the fate of the closed-roof 4c, which went away in 2019. Apparently 'There’s just no room in the brand’s strategy for a high-strung sports car'. Well that's a shame, because we all secretly love it.
What a machine!
Nissan Gtr R35- One of the oldest performance cars still out there today, it's expected to be discontinued in the very near future (about 2022-2023 Nissan says). Say your goodbyes to this ultimate supercar-killer.
Beautiful but I'd rather have a Bentley. Off you go to the automotive graveyard!
Lincoln Continental- Although this one isn't very common in Europe, it will definetely be sad news to the Americans. It's luxurious, otherwise there isn't much to say about it.
American muscle at its finest.
Ford Mustang Shelby Gt350 r- One of Ford's most exciting vehicles, it's being replaced by the Gt500. But we'll still miss its traditional six-speed manual transmission and not-too overpowered v8 engine.
