Safety car Vs Medical car - which is quicker?

Formula One turned a bit mundane for a couple of seasons where I'd rather watch paint dry. Luckily it's making a return to good racing again but the real race I want to see is the medical car and the safety car. Luckily back in 2016 at the Bahrain GP we had that exact race.

this is why I don't watch F1 the sport is so dull they have to race the medical cars to give viewing pleasure
the add in the middle of the video that you cant close is very frustrating
