The owner of this gold wrapped Rolls Royce Ghost is trying to sell his car for Bitcoin, instead of the usual sales commodities of cash or bank transfer. The Manchester based owner is selling the 2010 car that has covered 35,000 miles.
The seller wants £117,995 for the model
Powered by a 6.6L V12, the Ghost can reach 60MPH in 4.4 seconds and has a top speed of 155MPH, not bad for a car weighing just over 2.5 tonnes! The model has ivory interior, and the owner claims that his model is the only Ghost with a fridge inside. The seller is also selling the 'GO07DEN' registration plate and 22inch diamond cut wheels alongside the car.
Why the seller will only accept the cryptocurrency is unknown, but for £117,995, plus £16k for the registration plate and wheels, this seller could be holding onto the Rolls Royce for a little longer!
