It's fair to say she is appealing the decision
This lady has been slapped with a £50 parking fine and she is not having any of it.
The council issued the ticket because she had apparently parked over the lines of her space.
Most of us would have accepted our fate and paid the fine whilst cursing at the injustice of the world and that the council are pure evil.
However, before she followed suit and paid the fine, she did a little investigation through the council’s manifesto.
She discovered that the parking space she was alleged to have exceeded was 5ft below their minimum size.
So she has decided to make this video as a warning to others who the council try and swindle money from.
As if her day hadn't gone badly enough, her evidence nearly blew away.
She did eventually win the appeal as the lines, as she had discovered, did not match up to the council's regulations.
Not all heroes wear capes.

Politics are so backwards they'll probably rule against her and say she should have known the space didn't meet the criteria and therefore wasn't a valid parking spot.
