So this week I'm heading back to Idaho pulling my trailer and my youngest sons (now mine) 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I've owned this trailer since new in 2007. It hauled my 2002 Jeep Wrangler from Colorado to Idaho. Our ATVs around the mountains of Idaho. Several cars around Idaho and Montana. This year alone it hauled my project 1984 Jeep Comanche home and a friend's car with electrical issues back home. 1500 miles to get the Cherokee and 20 miles after loadonf up. This happened. I check the lights and brakes and tires and all looked good. But so neglected to consider the tires where made in Sep 2006. Luckily there wasn't an accident, but it did end up being a replacement of 4 tires along the highway. Have you checked your tire dates? Trailer tires I'm told are good for about 3 years tops.
