2018 KTM 790 DUKE

The first one I'd like to look at is the KTM 790 DUKE. And what a beautiful thing she is.

"The 2018 KTM 790 Duke is one of the hottest bikes to come out of EICMA this year, but sadly it won’t make it to dealer floors until fall of next year. Many of us have been waiting a long time for this bike, even holding off on other purchases until KTM had a production version and specs to show us. The 790 Duke looks to be quite a potent machine, with peak power at a claimed 103 hp and 63.6 pound-feet of torque and a dry weight of 372 pounds. For reference, the only real competitor is the Triumph Street Triple, which has a claimed dry weight of 370 pounds and made 111 hp and 55 pound-feet of torque on our dyno." - Cycleworld.com

2018 HONDA CRF250R

The next one to look at is definitely the crazy mudpit madness - CRF250R

Cycleworld.com

"The Honda CRF250R has seen plenty of changes since the bike’s inception in 2004, but the newest-generation model is arguably the most significantly changed CRF250R Honda has ever produced. Perhaps the most significant and noteworthy difference is the new dual overhead cam (DOHC) engine. This marks the first time Honda has gone away from the single overhead cam (SOHC) Unicam engine on its small-bore motocrosser, and, as an added bonus, the all-new engine is electric start-equipped. Honda’s goal with the new engine design was to increase power, especially in the higher rpm. A few other unique features that are immediately visible are the two completely separate exhaust systems from port to muffler." - Cycleworld.com

2018 ARCH KRGT-1

ARCH

All that ARCH themselves had to say about it was "The original ARCH KRGT-1 launched in 2015. The purpose and goals were to introduce a custom tailored, performance cruiser that could be ridden aggressively and also be comfortable for long distances. "

The newest refined version of this vision will launch in 2018 with a focus on ergonomic enhancements to the bodywork. Other improvements include; updated front suspension, upgraded brakes with optional ABS and EURO 4 compliance.

All I can say is - it's one HELL of a sexy beast.

So yeah, these are a few of the beautiful things to expect in 2018. Well, the coffee has gone cold and I think it's time for me to get off my butt and go walk the dog.

Did any of these three capture your imagination? Let me know in the comments below!
