Limited to just 40 units (20 coupes and 20 Roadsters), the Centenario is somewhat of a unicorn among other supercars and with only VIP Lamborghini customers who were invited by the company to buy the car, acquiring one was next to impossible. Fortunately for the wealthy petrolheads out there, one is now up for sale.

Residing at Porsche in Fresno, the asking price has almost doubled to an eye watering $3,475,000 over the original $1.9 million. The car comes with just 47 miles on the clock and is finished in bare carbon fibre with red accents dotted around the exterior of the car with the interior featuring the same colour combination.

As standard with every Centenario, the 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine produces 760bhp giving it a short 0-60mph sprint of just 2.8 seconds and a top speed surpassing 200mph. Despite its huge mass, courtesy to its bare carbon fibre body and chassis it weighs in at just 1,550kg.

  • Your sentence " despite its huge mass..." is nonsensical.

How can you claim something has a huge mass and say depite that it only has a mass of 1550 kg thanks to its body and chassis
