SpeedKore is the place celebrities shop for the most insane muscle car builds
It takes a lot to stand out in Hollywood, and celebrities often turn to custom car builders to help them do this.
Robert Downey Junior was one such celebrity who commissioned the carbon-fibre wizards at SpeedKore to build him the baddest 1970 Boss 302 Mustang possible, featuring all-new suspension and a killer quad-cam fuel-injected 5.0-litre Coyote V8 from a new S550 Mustang.
Mr Downey Junior's Mustang was an insane hit when it debuted on the official Ford stand at the 2017 SEMA Show, leading Iron Man to commission SpeedKore to build another car, a '67 Chevy Camaro, for his Avengers frenemy Captain America. Sporting a supercharged 6.2-litre LS3 engine the blacked-out Chevy is the perfect contrast to the Mustang, helping seal those differences between the two legendary superheros.
Famous musicians like Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Eddie Van Halen, and James Hetfield are all renowned car builders and collectors, so it should come as no surprise that SpeedKore also tricked up a Ford F150 pick-up truck for country star Brantley Gilbert. While this isn't like their full-carbon-bodied 950hp Dodge Charger, the tough truck is still guaranteed to stand out in a field of jacked up bro-dozers in Nashville.
