Spotted: Rainy Miata photographed on £10 camera lens

Spotted on a walk, shot on a £10 lens

Boredom on rainy Saturday morning got me itching to grab a camera again, it's been a while since I've had the chance to go and shoot cars so I decided to try and do a bit of spotting around my area. The best I could find was this quite nice and red Miata by my university.

    Shot on: Canon 700D with a Soviet Helios 44-2 58mm I bought for £10 on Ebay, shot at 1/125, F 1,7.

    • I always have found the Miata to be such a charming car and the lens you mentioned has done a great job on capturing this MX5's charming side. Excellent work man.

    • Nice shots, older lenses for me is the way to go, cheap and often as good as most modern lenses
