7:13.9. That's exactly how quick German magazine Sport Auto has lapped the 'Ring in the Chevrolet Corvette Z06.

The Z06 was equipped with the optional Z07 aero package paired with a 7-speed manual transmission and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s. Power comes from a 6.2L supercharged V8 with 485kw and 880nm.

The lap was set on a single flying lap, which makes the effort even more impressive, especially when you consider manufacturers hundreds of times to set the best possible lap. For reference - under similar conditions - they lapped the Nurburgring with the Porsche 918 Spyder in 7:13, and 7:21.63 in a Ferrari 488 GTB.
