Supercars protect dreams
One New Zealand charity is doing exactly that, using supercars for good
Supercars and charity aren't two words that you would normally associate with each other but one New Zealand charity, Bread NZ is doing exactly that!
As a car enthusiast, I'm always happy to see cars being used for the good of society so I was intrigued when the founder of Bread NZ got in touch with me and gave me an insight into what this charity does and I was just blown away to say the least! I mean using supercars to raise money to support the dreams of underprivileged children, what an idea!
Their motto is "Protecting the dreams of young kiwis*" and they do this through their track days and supercar rallies which help raise funds to support children who go without the basics like lunch, shoes and raincoats. The founder, Mussie is very passionate about giving every child a chance to dream and a goal to work towards. The money raised is used to support these children through their hardship so they can realize their potential in whatever field it might be.
Before I leave you with some of the highlights from their latest track day, a link to their website and Facebook page is at the end of article, please like their page and support them in any way you can. It's for a good cause :)
Without further ado, here's some of the highlights from their recent track day that featured over 40 supercars being driven to their limits at Hampton Downs-
