Tesla's Cybervan will arrive in 2026 and it's damn ugly
...and amazing, and ugly, and amazing
Tesla is reportedly working on a 'Cybervan', an all-electric minivan based on the Cybertruck, which means it is probably going to be a bit ugly but still interesting. We've known that for quite some time that Tesla has plans to improve their line-up to cover every possible basis but Musk has gone on record stating he has a plan to launch an electric van by 2026.
The Cybervan (just a 'codename' for now) will be built in the new Gigafactory in Austin where the Cybertruck is also built and Tesla will prioritize interior and cargo space, which is actually the principle on which the Cybertruck was designed.
It'll probably have sliding doors for added practicality, a third row of seats and a flat roof. The power (coming from the battery pack mounted underneath the shell of the van) will go to all four wheels and we can expect around 400 miles of range and a mind-blowing 0-60 time.
