The 2020 Audi Q7 Prestige
Giving you a close look at one of the best luxury SUVs on the market.
I have been spending the last week with this beautiful Navara Blue Metallic 2020 Audi Q7 Prestige. I'm going to give you all the details on what you get with this SUV and my overall thoughts on it. So let's get to it......
What you get
The 2020 Audi Q7 Prestige I drove came powered by the 3.0 liter turbocharged (TFSI) V6 engine which puts out about 340 horsepower and that power is matted to a 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission which puts the power down to the Audi Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
As when I reviewed the 2020 Audi S4 Prestige, the reason you get an Audi is their amazing interiors and the Q7 is no slouch in that department. You get digital displays all over the place. The nav screen, the climate controls are digital, and my personal favorite gauge cluster you can find in cars today - Virtual Cockpit. I could go on and on and sound like a brochure, but the easiest way would just be for you to check out this detailed walkthrough I do about the 2020 Audi Q7 Prestige interior:
I keep calling it the Q7 Prestige, so you might be wondering what is so prestigious about it. Well Prestige is a package Audi offers. With the package you get upgraded 20 inch 5-spoke-turbine designed wheels which are an upgrade up from the standard 19 inch wheels, some all-season run-flat tires, a premium sound system, a top view camera system, heads up display, power soft-closing doors, comfort adaptive air suspension, dual-pane acoustic side window glass, as well as the convenience and warm weather packages.
As I mentioned in my 5 Best Things About the 2020 Audi Q7 feature, the powertrain/drivetrain combination in the Q7 is great. You get a 300+ horsepower engine, a super smooth transmission, which is connected to the industries best all-wheel-drive system - Audi Quattro.
Honestly, in my personal opinion, baring going for the performance choice S series Audis, the Q7 is one of the best luxury SUV's money can buy.
You can go higher and get a more expensive and more loaded for the money interior, but for them your going to go in the $100-200k range. For sub-$100k I think Audi makes the best interiors. In fact Audi interiors are always the best interiors to be in. They are truly a great place to be in, your surrounded by quality material and quality tech all at your fingertips.
I often try to find some some cons, but with the Q7, the only con I can find is I don't own it. Very few press loaners do I instantly miss when they are gone, but every Audi I get I hate to see go.
Own a Audi Q7? I miss mentioning your favorite feature? Just want to talk Audis? Let us know in the comments!
