Ferrari's cover of the Mexican Grand Prix, exhibit the bright colors of the approaching Día de los Muertos festival:

Purple - Signifies pain, suffering, grief, and mourning

Pink - Celebration

White - Purity and hope

Orange - Sun

Red - The blood of life

Yellow - Cempazuchitl are marigolds that symbolize death. Petals are used to make a trail. so that the spirits can see the path to their altars.

The ancient pyramid of the sun, in Teotihuacan, can be seen in the background as Ferrari battles for their life as the Formula 1 Championship continues!

About The Artist - Fabrizio De Tommaso

Fabrizio was born in Brindisi, Italy on February 5, 1985. In 2007. He graduated from the International School Of Comics in Rome (founded by Dino Caterini). Fabrizio won a scholarship to the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry where he worked with animation. He began drawing various stories for "iComics" (Kawama Editoriale) and "Mono" (Tunuè). Fabrizio has been teaching at the International School Of Comics in Rome since 2009. He currently works for Sergio Bonelli Editore, on Dylan Dog and Morgan Lost, a series of which he is also the cover artist.

So what can a dark novel, horror comic illustrator bring to Formula 1? Well, Fabrizio is not a one trick pony as you will see from his multiple works in the 2017 season.

Fabrizio developed the cover art for F1 Scuderia Ferrari for a total of 4 Grands Prix including: March 26th, April 16th, May 14th and October 1st of 2017!
