The Benda Motor presented a new cruiser designed for the global market
Named LF-01, it is inspired by the Ducati Diavel
Founded in 1994, Benda Motor is a Chinese company specializing in the production of motorcycles and since 2012 has started expanding its sales on international markets. To pursue this goal, the Chinese company declared last July that it was planning a new cruiser with a 680 cc engine that would be presented in early autumn.
This week the first working prototype of the bike was finally presented, which was called LF-01. Inspired in design by Ducati Dievel, the new cruiser is equipped with a 96 hp four-cylinder engine capable of pushing it up to a maximum speed of 180 km/h.
Based on an aluminum frame, the LF-01 is equipped with a braking system built by Nissin coupled with an ABS system supplied by Bosch. The front lighting system consists of an LED headlight embedded within an air intake that provides cooling to the propulsion unit.
It has not yet been specified whether the LF-01 will be mass produced or if it will only be used for the development of new motorcycles.
