The Church of the Holy Carburetor

A Reading from the Book of Displacement 10.5:1

We shall be reading from the Book of Displacement beginning at 10.5:1.

Let us pray:

As I lay rubber down the street,

I pray for traction I can keep,

But if I spin before I lift,

Please Great Carburetor, help me correct the drift.

Yea, though I drive through the valley of rice burners,

I shall fear no turbo;

For torque art with me,

Thy rod and Thy piston, they comfort me.

Thou hast anointed my bearings with oil;

My car over powers.

Surely, traction and victory shall follow me

All the days of my life;

And I shall dwell in the house of the V8,

All together, now:

Keep on Cruisin'!

Thus concludes this weeks sermon.

As we pass the bump plate around, please find it in your hearts to be generous!
