The Jaguar F-Pace was a turning point for Jaguar. Their cars in recent years have been great, but little bought into them. So they decided to explore the SUV market, with a car that rides like a GLC and drives like a Macan.

It's a great car and a worthy contender.

From 2015: The Bentley Bentayga

Slightly pug-eyed, one may say. And yet this is a statement of opulence and luxury, like no other car. Sporty serene and quiet.

From 2015: Ariel Nomad

It isn't really an SUV, or a hatch, or an estate. It doesn't play by the rules, of follow others, or have rivals. It's its own class. The Nomad.

From 2018: The Jaguar I-Pace

Another gamechanger from Jaguar, the I-Pace was the first mainstream electric SUV, and still the best looking. This is a very good car, and I would have it over an e-tron, EQC or X.

    • I’ve only done 4 categories - Sport, SUV, Saloon, Hatchback, and that’s probably the closest
