- Hero Image and all other photos are from the Fall 2017 Redneck Rumble in Lebanon, TN. Photos, words and errors by: Chris Breeden

Last years Fall Redneck Rumble was an absolute blast! Well over 1,000+ Hot Rods, Customs and Rat Rods made the trip to the James Ward Fairgrounds in Lebanon, TN to attend a truly wild event. Lets take a look at some of the coolest!

Chris St. Clarks flamed '50 Mercury was there. Paint work by Mike Howell and flames by Hot Rod Walt! It was Photographed at the show by Butch Pate and was in Car Culture Deluxe earlier this year with a write up by none other than Alan Mayes himself! This fine looking Shoebox Ford was hanging out next to the flamed Merc. Multiple body and front end modifications on this one.

The above Deuce Coupe has to be one of the best looking rides I've ever seen at any show. The quality of these cars is out of sight!

This crazy little roadster caught my eye from across the parking lot. Low down and lookin' mean it was a stand out of the show. Plus, dig that chopped up VW next to it!

I say old boy, do you fancy a project Jaaaag? The swap meet had all kinds of crazy build projects available! If memory serves me (and that's a stretch) I believe this was a 1957 Jag. Complete with a V12 engine. If that engine was bad, they had a spare to go with it.

This little Rod was inside as part of a build off that is sponsored every year. It was constructed by a group of teenagers! They are on the right path!

The above Rambler Station Wagon was packing some LS heat. This crazy build was up for sale. Only $14K and it's yours. Yeah, prices in my area for Beaters have gone crazy!

This was a sweet looking and sounding Model A 2-door sedan. Next to it was a really neat chopped top truck.

What more could you need? A lowered 4-door Buick and a period correct camper to enjoy the show in.

The above roadster is one slick little car. I wonder if they have to put up a orange flag when they are out driving so all of the SUV and trucks know they are there?

The 13th Annual Fall Redneck Rumble this September the 14th & 15th! (TOMORROW!)

In addition to the hundreds of cars and swap meet vendors that are sure to be at the show this year, noted Custom Culture artists Max Grundy is scheduled to be there. Musical acts include Jane Rose and the Deadend Boys, Val West and the Reverend Tex DeVille! This is going to be one wild show again this year! Stay tuned for event coverage TOMORROW! If you'll excuse me I gotta get some sleep so I can Keep on Cruisin' tomorrow!
