The first chassis of the Ferrari 672 is ready
Crash tests are already underway to obtain FIA homologation
In 2021 the Scuderia Ferrari improved significantly compared to the previous season, taking third place in the constructors 'classification and fifth in the drivers' classification thanks to the excellent performances of Carlos Sainz Jr. For the next championship the entire technical staff is already working on the new 672 model and the development of various components is already at an advanced stage.
The first chassis has already been completed and is now being evaluated by the FIA technicians to obtain homologation through crash tests. The new sequential gearbox has also been completed and is also under scrutiny, while the aerodynamics are still under development.
The new engine has not yet been completed as the technicians are trying to obtain the best possible reliability without intervening massively to increase its power. There are two months left before the track tests but the development of the vehicle seems to proceed quickly, confirming the great commitment that the legendary Italian team is applying for next season.
