The first ever Ferrari F50 model was unveiled on 6th March 1995 at an exclusive preview at the Geneva Galleria Museum event, before proceeding to be unveiled to the public at the Geneva Motor show. Now with just 1,400 miles from private ownership, and having just completed a Ferrari franchise service, the car has now been listed for sale by Autosport Designs of New York.

Chassis #99999 has had 3, US based owners and is finished in Rosso Corsa with Stoffa Rossa interior. Behind the seats lies a 4.7L V12 engine, producing 513BHP, a 0-60MPH time of 3.8 seconds and a claimed top speed of 202MPH.

Along with being the prototype car that was first revealed to the World, this F50 has a colourful history. The car was the star of many journalist test sessions and reviews and from 1994, performed many laps around the Fiorano test track and around the roads of Maranello, driven by test drivers such as Niki Lauda, Dario Benuzzi, Gerhard Berger, and Jean Alesi. The car is listed as price on requested, but the very first Ferrari F50 will no doubt sell for a high price!
