The forgotten Lamborghini concept you never knew
When I say forgotten concept with Lamborghini that doesn't exactly shorten the list by much. But there is one specific lost concept that I am going to talk about and that is the Lamborghini Pregunta. Pregunta is actually a Spanish word that means questions in English.
It was first ever showcased at the Paris Motor Show in 1998 and the Geneva Motor Show the following year. The exterior, other than it looking like a jet, was overlaid with the same matte-grey paint used on the Dassault Rafale fighter jets.
Also, the carbon-fiber bodywork built by Heuliez and used the same V12 from the Lamborghini Diablo , enabling this beast to produce a total of 520 hp. But unlike the Diablo, this was rear-wheel drive only. With a rumored top speed of 206 mph, it could sure go fast.
The interior of the car clearly was amazing, looking like something from the future. In addition to the fabulous looks, it had GPS, rearview cameras instead of mirrors with screens that looked like they came from a jet fighter.
Back in 2013 French dealer Autodrome put it up for auction where it sold for a whopping $2.1 million. This might be many out of hundreds of forgotten concepts from Lamborghini but this one is special in its own right.
