The future Alfa Romeo GTV could be an electric four-door coupe
It will compete with the BMW i4 and the Tesla Model 3
Alfa Romeo has been promising the return of the GTV for several years now, but has failed to provide any concrete details. This revival is now widely expected by fans, especially when the brand's new CEO, Jean-Philippe Imparato, has stated that he is interested in the return of the famous coupe.
According to information reported by the British magazine Autocar, the future GTV could be a four-door coupe that would rival the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe. This coupe would offer both internal combustion and electric versions, following the example of the i4 electric model.
With this electrified version, the next GTV would also be hunting on the grounds of the Tesla Model 3. To stand out from the crowd, the car will be able to show off its typically Latin style, combining fluid lines and sensual curves. A Quadrifoglio model could also be included to compete with the Model 3 Performance and the future i4 M.
