The Goodyear Blimp was in town for last night's football game, and I managed to get a couple pics as it left Allegheny County Airport this morning. It's unbelievable how truly large they are.

Yes, it flew past my house a few months ago when it was doing a tour of the south of the UK

The Navy tried that in the 30's with the Akron and the Macon, both or which could carry five biplane fighter/scouts.
I've seen some small planes carrying Geico Insurance flags, but I've never seen a blimp.
Its been at the small airport near my house multiple times also ive seen it at football games
