Yesterday I was scrolling through YouTube and looking for high quality automotive videos. Like many of you, I frequently watch the big name car YouTubers such as Stradman, Shmee150, and Doug DeMuro. However I was looking for a different kind of video, the kind of video that makes your jaw drop with amazement, and gives you goosebumps. Yesterday I found that channel.
This channel's name is Hartnett Media. He has 386k subscribers which is relatively small compared to other automotive channels, like Donut Media. This guy does a different kind of car video than anything I have seen before. In his videos he does not talk, and never even appears on camera. Instead his videos are montages of amazing cars driving and gathering at car meets.
You might think that you know what a YouTube car montage looks like after watching Stradman's montages, or other similar montages. However these videos have great 4k footage and amazing editing. They also include great music. For me this channel is like no other because it just shows off the raw beauty of these cars, not to mention the cool factor.
His most popular video starts with a shot of a guy filling his RX-7 up with gas as calm music plays. Then the RX-7 drives for a little while on his own before meeting up with a GT-R, Evo X, and Evo 8. At this point the music gets a little more exciting. For the rest of the video he takes amazing footage of the cars driving in the night through a city. This video fills me wonder. I am completely captivated even though the entire video is just music with cars driving around.
This guy travels all around the world finding cool cars and meets, and making montages out of them. I have seen him make videos in Tokyo, California, and Dubai. The one thing that amazes me the most about these videos though, is the fact that I could watch the same video over and over and by the end of it, my jaw would be touching the floor every time.
Thanks for reading, and if you want to check out Hartnett Media here is the link. If you have a 4k TV I would recommend watching it on that.

Already subbed to them!
You should check out RCR, Jayemm on cars, Nightride, TheSmokingTire, Tedward, and a few more I’m sure I’m forgetting…
The only one I sometimes watch videos of is Jay Leno.
Jay's kept it going solo through Le Virus... it's actually awesome to see his passion for these rare cars.
Yeah, he loves them a lot!
Wow. His imagery is just beautiful.
I quite like TheCarGuysTV as they have very interesting taste in cars.
Cool, my favourite automotive YouTube channels are The Late Brake Show, Harry's Garage (both of which are a similar size I think) and CarThrottle but I will definitely have a look
Harry is always interesting.
I agree he does brilliant reviews and usually tells you about things you wouldn't have thought about
