The Honda Hornet 2.0 looks freaking awesome
I wasn’t gonna write anything now but when this story appeared on my feed, I just couldn’t stop myself.
The Honda Hornet was a popular bike from its initial launch, previously it was available with a 162.71cc engine but now in the Hornet 2.0, the displacement has been increased to 184.4cc which puts this bike into the 180-200cc segment. But there is a lot of things to look into than the bigger engine.
First of all the front facia of this bike is now much more aggressive besides keeping a bold statement in itself. It delivers a neatly integrated roughness to the audience. The golden Upside Down Fork in front makes it look a lot much sporty. To be honest, I never liked the previous design of the Hornet 160R and I felt the Bajaj NS series or the TVS Apache naked series looked much better than the Hornet, But this time I think Hornet is going to take the throne or atleast it will provide harder competition to its rivals. Enjoy the gallery below.
Some things need to be mentioned about the Hornet 2.0 other than just looks.
The new bike has got Key on tank feature which isn’t much seen in bikes of this price range. You will also get LEDs in headlamps, tail lamps, and turn indicators. The Hornet 2.0 now offers you split seats, and as usual it has got monoshock rear suspension. Fuel tank capacity is still 12 litre. It is priced at 1.27 lacs (ex showroom, Delhi) and there are 4 colors to choose from; simply red, blue, grey and black.
