The new 2019 Porsche 911: time to get technical
Adaptative Aerodynamics and wet mode are technical highlights of the new 911
With each generation Porsche is always improving the 911. The new 992 generation is no exception. When compared with the outgoing 991 generation many aerodynamic changes have been implemented into the design.

On the new Porsche 911 technical highlights include: Tailored cooling and improved charge cooling and Adaptative aerodynamics, whereby front shutters and rear spoiler active depending on speed and driving mode. This helps to reduce drag and improve driving dynamics.
Another key technical highlight is wet mode. Wet mode adjusts the active aerodynamics, the front shutters and rear spoiler depending on the wet conditions. Making your new 911 safer to drive in the wet .
Due to the improved rear spoiler and adaptive aerodynamics, the rear spoiler also works as an air brake in reduced braking situations at high speeds. All these technical highlights are shown in the video above. I have to admit I am impressed.
