The new Batmobile spits flames in 'The Batman' Movie trailer

Will this be the best Batmobile yet?

The first trailer of the new Batman film has just been released and the new Batmobile looks and sounds incredible.

The new Batmobile was first shown by director Matt Reeves back in March and was designed by Ash Thorps who has previously worked on The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Total Recall, Person of Interest and Assassin’s Creed.

In this trailer for this new film, you will notice flames coming out the back of this car, making it even more exciting than before.

From what we know from previous images, the new Batmobile has a mid-engined layout with what looks to be either a V10 or V12 engine. We don't yet know what engine it will be packing but we are sure it will be capable enough either way. And if it shoots out flames, it must be cool.

The Batman movie was originally scheduled to be released on June 25, 2021 but has now been delayed until October 1, 2021.

Are you excited for the new Batman film?

  • As hardcore of a Christopher Nolan/Christian Bale Dark night fan that I am, I am keen to see this reiteration of the caped crusader. And equally as keen to see the car. But I'm not sure if anything will ever top the Tumbler in Nolans films. That thing was freaking sick 🤙😍 But that's just my opinion 😄🤷‍♂️

    • TDKR triology batman is subtly over the top. This is very difficult thing to do but credits to director and actors for doing great job. I suddenly reminded following dialogues

Alfred: Will you be in batpod sir

  • It looks good but NOTHING CAN MATCH TUMBLER(in my opinion) and its not as wild as other batmobiles because in this movie they are focussing more on batman's detective abilities than any other thing.

  • Dear heavens, is this franchise still churning out the same old tat? Yet another stupid car for a man dressed up as a bat to crawl across Gotham City (populated by the most gullible, inept citizenry EVER) in, yet never stuck in traffic jambs... yeh, THAT realistic!
