the nio ep9 has just shattered the 'ring record

We're heading into a new era of electric dominance. Before anything else, the Nio EP9 is currently being sold to customers with 6 being sold already and numerous orders for more... oh, and it's road legal. That's a production car, right?

Anyway, the Nio EP9 has just set a seriously impressive time of 6:45.9 seconds, that's 6 seconds quicker than a Huracan Performante. How? Well the 1,342 horsepower helps massively with the company claiming forces of up to 2.5G through the corners and under heavy braking. Whether or not all of these number are true, including the lap time, is uncertain. But we hope they are.
