The rare Sunny GTI-R in HillClimb Monster form

Franz Kahr drove this pretty rare machine, originally created to tackle Rally stages,during some years on the competitive Austrian Hillclimb Championship.

It is a Nissan Sunny GTI-R, which was powered originally by the legendary SR20DET powerplant, but on this unit stroked to 2.2L and using a Garrett GT35 Turbo among some other modifications making it possible to reach 456Hp/550Nm. Adding to it the aerodinamically improved bodywork and weight saving measures, and the final result is a quite impressive machine, looking and sounding as menacing as the spec sheet suggests.
