As of 2018, emissions control is at its highest in Europe. The new regulations and restrictions have forced auto makers to downsize their engines whereas some cars like the BMW M3 have been decommissioned for not meeting new standards. All the big names in the auto industry have been forced to find an alternative to the current energy providing minerals. This crackdown is being carried out due to several reasons out of which air pollution happens to be one of the top reason.

A couple of months back, The Eco Experts presented their results from a survey regarding the air quality inside the cities. This survey was carried out across Europe and the results were established after studying several factors such as average vehicle age, the number or vehicles per 1000 inhabitants, ambient air pollution and the percentage of cars running on alternative fuel.

After a careful study, it is being reported that Czech Republic has the worst quality of air. The average age of cars in this country is 14.5 years. It also has the lowest percentage of cars running on alternate fuels with 0.7%. Poland and Estonia have occupied the second and third place for having the least eco-friendly cars respectively. On the other side, countries like Sweden, Finland and Ireland were found out to have the most environment friendly mobility options. As much as 7% of the vehicles in Sweden are running on alternate fuel sources.

  • Well they have had long enough to change the quality of the fuel to make it cleaner. I sell lawnmowers and garden machinery we sell a fuel called ASPEN it contains less of the shit regular unleaded petrol contains. Regular unleaded contains benzene that causes cancer and it contains other solvents. Read the ASPEN FUELS website and it is shocking what fuel companies are doing. This is why petrol cars are getting a bad press.

  • Don’t tell me what car I can and can’t buy based on how many polar bears ‘die’ or tell me the ice caps are ‘shrinking’. I have had an idea go to a station that sells an item named something like petrol or gasoline (ancient dead plant and animal life) fill up your tank with it and then burn it using a process called internal combustion. Just thinking.... ECO LOVING COMMUNISTS TREE HUGGERS.
