      • I had a Corgi Hillman Hunter London to Sydney Rally car, with "Golden Jacks" , remember those, with the removeable wheels. Nothing like that anymore, but that may not be a bad Thing.

      • I don't have the car anymore but looking at web pics both models seem remarkably crude compared to current diecasts, at the time of course they were ace. Mine was the metallic maroon version, not Saint though I remember it. Think they went on to make a replica of the TWR racers in the same shell. Your post above strikes a cord with me re cinematic influences starting way back with Bond's DB5, the Saint's Volvo, through Bullitt's Mustang, the Sweeney's Consul GT then Mk2 Granada (a particular fave in Stratos Silver), and the Professionals Capris,
