You often see YouTubers sending their cars off to different companies to get crazy wraps fitted, but what if you could do it yourself?

The mobile phone and laptop skin manufacturer, DBrand have just announced they will be selling different coloured wraps for your brand-new Tesla Cybertruck. So, what they will do is send you the colours you ordered for the specific panels and you will fit them yourself.

I think it would be quite scary to do this yourself but I think with the right guidance it should be alright. Don't forget, all the panels are straight and flat so, think of it as a giant screen protector.

The panels you can order for are the bonnet ($209), bumper ($175), front doors ($350), rear doors ($350), side panels ($1,050), tailgate ($210) and window tints ($750). This means you can have your whole car wrapped in pretty much any colour for $3100.

The materials you can have include, carbon fibre, 'dragon', leather, stone effect, matte colours, normal colours, metal effect and a wood effect. Imagine having a wood covered Cybertruck. That really would stand out. Tell me this isn't the coolest thing you have seen this week?

  • OMG! It just looks crazy in that wrap. I am hoping to wrap the trim around the model 3 but I don’t think I can do this myself, I’ll probably mess it up!
