This extremely rare Ferrari J50 is for sale
Only 10 units were produced
Created to celebrate Ferrari's 50th anniversary in Japan, the Ferrari J50 is an ultra-exclusive supercar produced in only 10 examples. These were all destined for customers in the land of the rising sun. Today, you can become the proud owner of one of these rare models.
This one is being sold by the Ferrari Rosso Scuderia dealer in Tokyo. The car is painted in a very sober colour scheme, with black dominating both the exterior and interior. The J50 is based on the 488 Spider and has a new body.
Compared to the 488 Spider, the J50 has a much more fluid and less aggressive design. The overall look is much more futuristic than the 488 Spider and at the rear, it looks more like the much newer F8 Tributo. The interior, however, is similar to that of the 488 Spider.
Under the bonnet, the J50 has the 3.9 litre V8 of the 488 Spider. However, its power has been increased to 690 PS compared to the 488 Spider's 670 PS and its torque is 760 Nm. All this power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission. This J50 has covered only 430 mi (692 km) since its purchase in 2016.
