This Is Apparently The 'Ideal' British Car!

1y ago

WeBuyAnyCar did a survey of 2300 British people, asking what they would like in their ideal car. The result was this monstrosity! If car makers built British buyers' 'ideal car', we'd be having a few problems!

According to the survey, British people voted that they loved the body of the Lamborghini Urus, with Audi R8 doors and side trim. Brits also voted for an Alfa Romeo front end, BMW 6 series tail lights and a spoiler from a Lamborghini Gallardo. Weirdly enough, the survey determined that the wheels for the new Honda Civic Type R were the British favourite!

Colour wise, Electric Blue was the most popular colour in the survey, which is a strange result considering we don't see many electric blue cars on the road! Perhaps it's just an expensive option..Almost half of those surveyed all said that they would prefer a private plate, where as some people came up with more outlandish ideas, like one in three people wanting their ideal car to fly, and 20% wanting the car to function under water!

  • The Americans did something similar. The result was the Pontiac Aztec. That's not gone well...

  • This is really odd. The survey I saw revealed that this was the ideal British sports car:
