This is the first customer-spec Hennessey V5 and it looks phenomenal

And orange

This is the first real-world Hennessey Venom F5 and when I say 'real-world', what I mean this is the first car that's been ordered, paid for and customized by its soon-to-be owner, self-proclaimed "Billion Dollar Brand Builder" Howard Panes.

It's painted in 'Blue Arione' with orange accents for the exterior, and matching black-and-orange upholstery and orange brake calipers. I think this guy *really* likes orange, which was used for the steering wheel, the dashboard, the door panels and the seats.

The 311-mph (according to Hennessey) hypercar, is priced from $1.6m but that's in theory. In practice, the car is likely to end up costing north of $2m considering customers will certainly want to spec it to 'meet their specific requirements'.

Under the hood, you'll find a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8, which produces... a lot of power. In fact, Hennessey are so proud of it they gave it a name: FURY and you'll be happy to know that 'Fury' produces 1,817 hp and 1,193 lb-ft of torque, good enough for a 0-60 time of 2.6 seconds and a 0-186 mph time of just 8.4 seconds.

  • ORANGE! This guy gets it.

186 in 8.4 is faster than most take to get to 60!! 2.6 to 60 is neck snapping. I'm not sure if I'd want to go that quick. I'd sure like to find out!!! 😈

  • The real question is how is it going to put down that type of power? Impressive and absolutely gorgeous regardless🀯

    • it won't have to. I bet the owner will drive it for 3 miles, then park it in an air-conditioned vault along with his other eleventy hundred cars :/
