This is the first customer-spec Hennessey V5 and it looks phenomenal
This is the first real-world Hennessey Venom F5 and when I say 'real-world', what I mean this is the first car that's been ordered, paid for and customized by its soon-to-be owner, self-proclaimed "Billion Dollar Brand Builder" Howard Panes.
It's painted in 'Blue Arione' with orange accents for the exterior, and matching black-and-orange upholstery and orange brake calipers. I think this guy *really* likes orange, which was used for the steering wheel, the dashboard, the door panels and the seats.
The 311-mph (according to Hennessey) hypercar, is priced from $1.6m but that's in theory. In practice, the car is likely to end up costing north of $2m considering customers will certainly want to spec it to 'meet their specific requirements'.
Under the hood, you'll find a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8, which produces... a lot of power. In fact, Hennessey are so proud of it they gave it a name: FURY and you'll be happy to know that 'Fury' produces 1,817 hp and 1,193 lb-ft of torque, good enough for a 0-60 time of 2.6 seconds and a 0-186 mph time of just 8.4 seconds.
