This Is The First Tesla Model 3 Accident - Maybe

This might annoy a few people...

It hasn't been long since Tesla's latest, more affordable version of the Model S has hit the road. It has a 0-60mph time of 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 130mph. Not too bad at all! That's unless it's in the snow, in which I'm sure the intent torque of the electric motor could be a bit of an issue.

It turned out to be a bit of an issue for this particular owner, who is thought to of had the first ever incident in a Model 3. He goes by the name @model3guy on Instagram, and posted these photos to his account.

Apparently he was equipped with snow chains but only on the rear wheels. Personally, I'd rather have them on the front wheels as suddenly losing front-wheel traction on the snow is... well... scary. This Model 3 lost traction and ploughed straight into what looks like a rock, causing damage to the front facia.

Tesla seem to be on the case already, though, as @Model3guy has stated that it will be returned soon completely repaired and ready to take on the snow again. Maybe with some more snow chains this time, though.
