This Is The Ford Bronco Wildland Fire Rig Concept
It's another Bronco Concept that has been created in collaboration with clothing company Filson to support National Forest Foundation initiatives.
1. Ford and clothing company Filson teamed up to create the Ford Bronco Wildland Fire Rig Concept.
2. It's based on the 4-door Badlands Bronco with the Sasquatch package.
3. It was created to fund and support National Forest Foundation initiatives.
We've seen a lot of Bronco concepts in the last few months, but the most recent one is extremely cool, and has the potential to be very useful. Ford and clothing company Filson collaborated and came up with the Bronco Wildland Fire Rig Concept. It's equipped with all the essential wildland fire tools and has the ability to go anywhere.
It's all based on the 4-door Badlands Bronco with the Sasquatch package, meaning it's ultra-capable. Equipment adorns this Bronco everywhere you look, and is fitted with a winch, roof rack, Ford Performance steel bumpers, shovels, and a light bar on the outside. In the back is a 50-gallon water tank with a pump and hose, a chainsaw, a high lift jack, and much more.
The concept has a much larger goal than just being badass though, it's part of a Ford-Filson collaboration to raise money for the National Forest Foundation's reforestation program(s) and the advancement of wildfire recognition. The funds will be raised via a limited edition Ford and Filson gear sale on the Filson website. The Bronco Wild Fund has donated 2 4-door Broncos.
In the cabin you'll find Filson materials, with door bolsters, armrests, and seat trim made out of Otter Green duck fabric. The leather seats are stitched with the design of a Filson down coat. The cabin is also completed with Filson logos and brass.
