This Peugeot 207 literally goes into a spin after an accident

Small slide and big crash

Some stretches of road appear to be harmless. Their surface in perfect condition, their low traffic volume and their particularly open bends do not really encourage caution. And yet it is at such moments that you multiply your chances of having an accident. A Peugeot 207 driver probably had the fear of his life.

While he was driving on an expressway on the outskirts of Katowice in Poland, the driver started to lose control of his vehicle. The rear axle of the 207 started to slide. Surprised, the driver then tried to correct the trajectory with a violent steering wheel movement to the right.

Unfortunately, the French city car finally went off the road at high speed and then began a series of impressive rollovers. But the car didn't seem to be speeding and was driving at the same speed as the Kia Sportage and the Opel Astra that was accompanying it.

Even if the road was slightly wet, it was very likely that it is the car's tires that are to blame. It is also important to know that this part of the road is quite slippery because accidents are frequent in this area.

  • OH WOW oh oh oh oh Oh oh. This one did it all. Hope the occupants were ok after. They WILL be sore the next day and day after that.

*Let go of the steering wheel. Nothing you can do and it will hurt you.

  • Accidents don't cause slipperiness. Errors in the production of asphalt do. Also that corner is lethal. The banking should never spit a car back onto the road. His tires may not have been great, we don't know but even if they were bald the banking should never have popped him back into traffic.

  • I don't know the details of the crash, but I would put my money on his tyres condition being somewhere between poor and bald.

A close call for that Astra that was following the poor guy. Hope noone got hurt.

  • Remember when the trio did a piece on Peugeot drivers when Clarkson drove a 307 CC. This reaffirms the issue with Peugeot drivers.
