This rally-spec Fiat Panda 4x4 looks perfect for a Grand Tour special

Panda Raid is an event in which 300 amateur teams travel 3,000km across Spain and Morocco without access to any 21st Century stuff like the internet. The teams travel in first generation 4x2 and 4x4 Fiat Pandas.

The Panda you see here is a survivor of the Panda Raid and is looking for a new home.

Featuring the Italian Tax Office, this Panda has a 1.1-litre F.I.R.E. engine mated to a five-speed gearbox.

The modifications made to the car to make it rally-ready include four new matching chunky Malatesta mud and snow tyres, a roof-mounted amber light, extra lights (for nighttime navigation), underbody protection, a front recovery point and towbar.

Inside you will find a 20-litre water container, a Brantz International 3 Pro on the dashboard, cup-holders (because you might drink coffee while travelling 3000Km) and a funky red steering wheel.

The current owner has also added 12-volt power points having dust covers, so that you can charge your phone on your voyage.

The person who will buy this will be able to take part in future Panda events. Nice.

Available at The Market, the auction for this car will end in 4 days and it will cost you around £7,000. So what are you waiting for, go bid for this Fiat Panda and make James May jealous.
