This rare Shelby Mustang GT350H found in old lady's garage
Most barn finds are rare but Shawn S, who is a reader of Barnfinds.com, has discovered a Shelby Mustang GT350H in a old lady's garage. But this isn't any GT350H, it is, in fact, a 1966 "Rent-a-Racer" fastback built for Hertz Car rentals.
This specific one has been waiting in the garage for 30 years apparently. It seems that someone wrecked the car and started repairs on it but never finished the job. The Shelby Mustang GT350H had a V8 engine that could produce 306 hp which was a lot back in 1966.
Only 1000 models were ever made and even less surviving today. Making this barn find a very special discovery. The scheme colour of this Shelby Mustang GT350H is black and dual gold stripes.
The estimated value for a genuine GT350H is a total of $143,000 and hopefully, this rare gem will be restored back to full health soon.
