Widebody Cayman

The Porsche Cayman has always taken a backseat when compared to the 911. The first generation wasn't exactly an amazing work of art, but the later models are as good, if not better, than the 911 when it comes to some country lane hooning.

This 2008 Cayman started off life as a normal car, but Road Scholars in North Carolina have transformed this baby Porsche into a track monster. The front end has been swapped out for a GT3 fascia accompanied by huge rear arches, giving the 'Cayman GTR' a seriously aggressive stance.

The cosmetics are just the start with GT3 Cup suspension, GT3 RS carbon ceramics and an engine straight from the Carrera S, only bored out to 4.2-litres that produces over 400bhp without the need for forced induction.
